Introducing Custom Team Routing in Ticky

What's New
Custom Team Routing is now live for all Ticky servers. Instead of every escalated ticket landing in one shared queue, you can now define exactly which teams exist on your server — Support, Billing, VIP, or anything specific to how you operate — and Ticky will route tickets to the right one automatically.
Why It Matters
Support requests aren't all the same, and they were never meant to be handled by the same queue. A refund question and a bug report need different people looking at them — Custom Team Routing makes sure they get there without a moderator sorting it manually first.
How to Set It Up
Open your Ticky dashboard and go to Teams
Add the teams that match how your server actually runs
Ticky handles the routing automatically from the next ticket onward
Available Now
Custom Team Routing is available on all paid Ticky plans starting today. Existing servers can set it up from their dashboard — no re-onboarding required.
