Two updates are live today: Full Transcripts and Answer Feedback. Together they make it easier to trust what Ticky is telling your members — and to keep improving it over time.

Full Transcripts

Every ticket conversation is now saved automatically the moment it closes — no manual logging, no copying threads before they get archived. If you ever need to look back at how a ticket was handled, it's already there.

Answer Feedback

Members can now thumbs up or down any AI-generated answer directly in the ticket. That signal feeds straight back into how confidently Ticky answers similar questions going forward.
